INTRINSIC PROBLEM OF MOVEMENT CORRECTION TRAINING

Every learning of the new motion starts at low speed.
At slow motion one can learn about the proper trajectory but can't learn about the speed and it's changes - accelerations, decelerations and their combinations.
At fast motion one can learn about the speed but not about trajectory.
This is a controversial situation when the proper trajectory of each motion is a result and the reason all together.
The same can be said about the speed.
The proper trajectories of the body and it's parts are the basis for the fastest, the most efficient and most changeable motion.
The speeds, accelerations and deccelerations of the body and it's parts are the basis for their trajectories.
Therefore the learning of the proper motion is a very gradual and slow process of endless repititions and corrections based on initial, inborn motions - motor reflexes.
This process can be exercised by individual during the early childhood, but the motor automations of the sufficiently grown individual with already formed motor skills can easily imped and destroy such a learning.
The individual with already consolidated motor automations has, therefore, the only one way to improve his movement - to implement both scientific analyses of the movement and the efficient training process based on this analyses.
